Berti Knives

Coltellerie Berti has a long story of steel, fire, and skilled hands. It was founded as an artisan workshop by David Berti in 1895, and today, under the guidance of his great grandson Andrea, it continues production in the Tuscan countryside. The Italian artisans at Coltellerie Berti handcraft their knives using techniques unchanged since the days of its founder. A sole artisan crafts each knife from start to finish. Each one is initialed by its artisan, making every knife a heritage item. The blades are made of forged, high-quality 420B stainless steel and the handles are made of wood, Lucite, or genuine ox horn. Each knife or knife set comes with a magnetized wood block for secure storage.  Learn more about Berti Knives.
