Customers can place orders online using our online shopping cart and secure check-out. Please call or email with any questions or concerns.

Visa, MasterCard , American Express and Discover credit cards. All payments are processed securely using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology.
Free Shipping on orders over $50 within contiguous United States
All products except Modern Outdoor furniture are shipped at no cost within the contiguous United States. We regret that we can not ship orders outside of the contiguous United States at this time.
All items are shipped via UPS ground. We cannot deliver to USPS Post Office Box or APO addresses.
Most non-furniture items ship within 3-5 business days. See specific information for Libeco, Sabre and Barlow Tyrie products below.
Delivery time varies by shipping address, but is approximately 1-2 weeks. If you desire expedited shipping, please email or call 617-993-3188 during business hours (M-F 10-7pm; Saturday 10-6pm; Sunday 11-5pm ET) for availability. If you need to change an order, please contact us within 12 hours.
Barlow Tyrie orders ship within 2-3 weeks. Delivery time varies by shipping address. Orders may take 4-6 weeks to ship if they include cushions. We will confirm the approximate delivery time with you once you place your order.
Libeco Home Belgian Linen and Sabre Flatware Items that are not in stock ship in approximately 10 (ten) business days. If they are in stock, they ship within 1-3 business days.
What if there is a delay in your order?
If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you directly to let you know when you should expect your receive your order.
If you are concerned that you have not yet received an item, we urge you to contact us via email or phone (617-993-3188) and we will happily give you the status of your order.
At Didriks we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Our return policy is an “open one.” We honor most return requests.
To request a return: Please contact us directly by email or phone (617-993-3188), requesting a Return Authorization Number, no more than thirty (30) days after date of purchase. Please mention your order number from the packing slip in the request. After 30 (thirty) days, Didriks cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects.
Didriks is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We suggest you ship your return insured and in a traceable manner.
Return restrictions by brand/item category:
We cannot process item returns on the following items as they are special orders:
• Barlow Tyrie Furniture (see FAQ for help on shipping-related damage)
• Libeco Home linen fabric by the yard
Libeco Linen Returns
We cannot accept returns on linens that have been fully unpackaged.
If you desire to buy a full linen set, but are unsure about the color you have selected, we recommend that a customer buy a small sample of the product, such as a pillowcase or napkin, and first examine the product color without fully unpackaging it. There is no return accepted on fabric orders.

Are my online purchases from Didriks secure?
Ordering online from Didriks is safe. Your data is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. Our credit data processing is fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
Will my purchase be subject to sales tax?
Only orders shipping within Massachusetts are subject to state sales tax. Where applicable, this will be added to your final order total in your checkout process.
Do you share contact information with other companies?
We do not share customer contact information.
What if something's wrong with my order when it arrives?

For Barlow Tyrie Furniture orders:
We recommend that you inspect furniture deliveries for signs of damage while the driver is still present, and to note any damage to the packaging on the freight bill. If in doubt, write "pending inspection" next to your name when signing for delivery. (If there is obvious damage, refuse the shipment, and contact us immediately.)
If you discover that something is wrong after delivery, retain the packing material, since you may need it as evidence to file a freight damage claim. After you have contacted us, we can take steps to resolve the matter.
