 Heath Ceramics is the last of the famous mid-century California potteries still producing their own original ware. Many of Edith Heath's original pieces have been featured in museum exhibitions of modern American stoneware.
Heath Ceramics formulates their own clays and proprietary glazes. All Heathware is hand formed, trimmed, cleaned and glazed, making each piece distinctive. All Heathware is very durable, oven-proof, microwave and dishwasher safe. Heath ceramic plates and dinner sets are used in many fine restaurants such as Chez Panisse and Four Seasons Worldwide, and also meet all US food safety standards. |
