Corin Mellor's first range of stainless steel kitchen knives for David Mellor Design. The collection has a very distinctive new look using the latest innovative techniques. They are professional kitchen knives, superb in quality and beautiful to use. These are razor sharp knives. The high carbon stainless steel blades are hot drop forged and then ice hardened to minus 80´è_c. This innovative process stabilizes the metallurgical structure of the steel, creating an extremely hard and durable blade. The knives are taper ground with the forging running down the full length of the acetal resin handle. Each knife handle incorporates an internal back weight, giving an excellent balance and grip. All knives are individually gift boxed.
