The Berti Carving Knife is essential for carving meats. The rounded tip makes it ideal for slicing roast beef. It has a very long thin blade that enables precise slicing. We recommend it for roasts, but not for chopping.Berti Knife Options:

- Full Tang - handle in two halves anchored to blade. Available in Black, White or Red Lucite
