Berti Flexi Fish Filet knife has a thin flexible blade for filleting fish. The narrow, long blade enables the knife to cleanly move along the backbones of any sized fish, in and around areas adjacent to bones, and to evenly slice along the skin, removing it easily from the flesh. The long blade makes this filet knife great for filleting, skinning and slicing larger fish.
Berti Knife Options:- Anchor Tang - blade anchored in handle. Anchor tang available in Genuine Oxhorn or Black Lucite.
- Full Tang - handle in two halves anchored to blade. Available in Black, White or Red Lucite
- Magnetized Wooden Block - Custom-sized, wood block available to store each knife. Magnet allows blocks to adhere together (in Italian: "insieme").
