Berti is one of the few knife makers to have not switched over to modern manufacturing methods. Each knife is crafted in very much the same way they were in 1895, when Coltellerie Berti started his Tuscan knife shop that's still in the family today.
The Berti fruit tart knife is designed to cut the soft top layer and the crispy base of fruit tarts.
