This 7 piece cheese knife set is made of full tang blades with box wood or red Lucite handles. The set includes the Berti hard cheese knife, Berti soft cheese knife, Berti compact knife (or parmesan knife), Berti Trapezium knife, Berti spatula knife, and Berti bow knife. The Berti semi-hard cheese knife is only available in the set. These are narrower than the hard cheese knife to decrease the surface area of the blade coming into contact with the cheese, reducing drag and pulling of the cheese.
Each piece can be purchased individually or as a set with the boxwood handle and only available in the set with the red Lucite handle.
