The Breville Bamboo Cutting Board and Tray is compatible with the Breville Smart Oven. This bamboo board works well as a cutting board, because it absorbs very little moisture and has natural antibacterial properties. Bamboo is harder than most wood used to make cutting boards, and is less prone to knife markings.
It doubles as a serving tray, featuring recessed handles on the shorter sides to make it easy to pick up and transport.
The underside has mounted non-slip silicone feet which allows the top surface to stay cool.
