Bread/Potato Pot in Burgundy
The Emile Henry Potato and Bread Pot allows you to cook all kinds of vegetables at a low temperature (potatoes, chestnuts, etc.) bringing out their delicate flavors while keeping their natural characteristics. Made from Flame ceramic, it can be used on all types of hob: gas, electric and halogen (with an induction disk for induction hobs) and in the oven. Its spherical shape is designed to diffuse the heat gently and evenly. When used on the hob, turn it over every 15 minutes: your vegetables will be tasty, and potatoes will be soft with a crispy skin. The pot can also be used in the oven to bake bread evenly.
