Our take on the classic French beurrier, this butter keeper allows you to store butter outside of the fridge, while maintaining freshness and spreadability.
Add a layer of water to the base, pack the lid with butter, and place the lid inside the base. The water creates an airtight seal to prevent spoilage. Keep at room temperature with a regular change of water, and the butter can last for several weeks!
