The Friedr. Dick 1893 8" Slicer has a long, straight blade that has a patterned grain surface, and is slightly tapered towards the tip. Made from 67 layers of damascus stainless steel and a uniquely manufactured secure-grip poly black handle, this knife is elegant, precise, and incredibly strong. The ideal knife for carving roasts and other meats into perfectly thick or thin slices. Features an ergonomic design, which ensures ease of use and expert execution. Due to the nature of manufacturing this knife, each one is unique - no two blades are the same.
