Kastehelmi brings together legendary Finnish designer Oiva Toikka’s love of artistic experimentation and his passion for nature. Determined to find a way to hide joint marks in glass, Toikka created the groundbreaking raised glass droplet design that resembles strings of dewdrops glistening under the morning sun. Kastehelmi (Finnish for “dewdrop”) plays with light, bringing out the reflective beauty of the glass. This serving bowl is ideal for both hot and cold dishes, drinks, or as a fruit bowl between special occasions.
