Just turn the ring at the base of the mill and select one of the positions, each one corresponds to a consistent grind size. The further you turn the ring, the finer or coarser the grind, depending on the direction turned.

Which Salt To Use: To get the best out of your Peugeot salt grinding mechanism, you should use:

– salt with a diameter of 4 mm (3/16″) or less.

– dry coarse salt: dry sea salt or rock salt.
