Plisse Collection picks up the traditional pleats found in ramekins and souffles. The Pillivuyt Plisse 8.5" soup plate is a classically designed soup dinnerware with a shallow, wide bowl to hold a generous amount of soup and allow a large surface area to be exposed to the cooling air. The rim also lets servers to hold hot soup safely. Also ideally sized for pasta and salad.
