The blomst Teapot is adorned by a hand painted Tree Peony thought to bring happiness and a prosperous life to anyone who grows them in their garden. Luscious flowers decorate each side of the blomst teapot with a fallen leaf resting on its lid. The upright form of the teapot, inspired by Asian baskets, is accented by discreet details including a gracefully rounded fixed bail handle. The teapot has a 1 litre capacity and includes a metal strainer insert. The best designs often appear effortless, uncomplicated and completely natural. blomst is an example of just that, and for the eye-catching collection, much consideration has been given to the particular combination of form, design and placement of the blue brushstrokes to achieve a contemporary and simplistic expression. Every piece in the collection is adorned with its own unique, hand painted flower.
