The Taylor Meat Thermometer features a large, easy-to-read 2 3/4" face, and has a temperature range from 120 degrees F to 212 degrees F. Printed on the front is a preparation scale for a few key types of meat, and there is an adjustable pointer that you can set to the desired temperature. Stem is 4 1/2" long and made of stainless steel. NSF listed.
