Didriks offers free shipping on orders over $80 within the contiguous United States. All products are shipped at no cost within the contiguous United States. We regret that we cannot ship orders outside of the contiguous United States at this time.

Shipping Method

All items are shipped via UPS ground. We cannot deliver to USPS Post Office Box or APO addresses.

Shipping Times

Due to increased order volumes, in-stock items are shipping in 5-7 business days. If an item is not in stock it will be ordered right away from the vendor. Expected lead times for many of our vendors are estimated to be 2-3 weeks due to backorders, warehouse staff reductions, and temporary vendor closures. If you would like expedited shipping please e-mail or call us at 617-993-3188 during business hours (M-F 10-6pm; Saturday 10-6pm; Sunday 11-5pm ET) for availability. We will try our best to accommodate. If you need to change an order, please contact us within 12 hours.

Barlow Tyrie orders ship within 3-4 weeks. Delivery time varies by shipping address. Orders with cushions may take 4-6 weeks. We will confirm the approximate delivery time once the order has been processed.

Certain Libeco Home Belgian Linen, Alessi, and Sabre Paris flatware items that are not in stock are currently shipping in 3-4 weeks due to vendor delays amidst the current crises. Items in stock ship in approximately 5-7 business days.

What if there is a delay in your order?

If you are concerned that you have not yet received an item, we urge you to contact us via email, phone (617-993-3188) or Live Chat and we will happily give you the status of your order.

Our customer service hours are 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday. Typically, we are able to handle requests within 24-48 hours, however, we may take longer to respond if your inquiry was sent over the weekend. We appreciate your patience and look forward to hearing from you.

For Barlow Tyrie Furniture orders:

We recommend that you inspect furniture deliveries for signs of damage while the driver is still present, and to note any damage to the packaging on the freight bill. If in doubt, write "pending inspection" next to your name when signing for delivery. If there is obvious damage, refuse the shipment, and contact us immediately.

If you discover that something is wrong after delivery, retain the packing material, you may need it as evidence to file a freight damage claim. After you have contacted us, we can take steps to resolve the matter.
