Inspired by a trip to East Asia, Valerio Sommella designed “Boga”, a ginger grater. The namesake fish, with its tapered body and large "bug" eyes, is the inspiration for this simple yet functional object. Enigmatic and appealing, this ginger grater is wonderful in the kitchen, but also suitable for use directly at the table.
